If you’ve ever wondered, “Will I fit in?”, here are a few of the people ready to welcome you.

We’re lucky to share our studio with people who bring so much to the world around them.

Behind each of these faces is a life full of responsibilities, passions, people they care for and stories we’re still getting to know.

Thank you to our beautiful members for sharing a little of who you are. The kindness, laughter and encouragement you bring make Inflow Caloundra the community it is.

We’ve spent the last few weeks challenging YOU… now the tables have turned.

This week’s Spring Reset mission is INSTRUCTOR ROULETTE 🎲 and you get to choose which challenge our Inflow instructor team completes together:

🔥 50 Scooter Reps (each side)
🔥 1 Minute of Pikes
🔥 30 Second Teaser Hold

Judging by this reaction, someone’s already hoping you’ll be kind 😂

Which one would YOU make us do? Tell us below 👇

🌸 Spring Reset crew: make sure you cast your official vote through the link in your Week 3 email. Comments here are for fun — your form submission is the vote that counts!

Mums,

You don’t need to wait until life settles down.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re doing before you walk through the door.

And you definitely don’t need to suddenly become the person who exercises 5 days a week, meal preps on Sundays and has her whole life together 😂

Sometimes it starts with one or two classes.

One hour in your week that’s yours.
One little promise to yourself that you actually keep.
And then you build from there.

Because life probably isn’t going to magically get less busy - especially with kids.

The goal isn’t to do it perfectly. It’s to find something that can actually fit into your real life.

And if you’re a mum who’s been thinking about starting Pilates but keeps telling yourself “maybe when things calm down…” this is your sign to stop waiting. 🩵

Follow along!! I’m sharing more about making movement actually work around mum life, not the other way around.

Winter makes it easy to stay home.

The mornings are colder.
The motivation isn’t always there.
Life feels busy.

But every day, our members continue to show up.

Not because they have to.
Because of how it makes them feel.

Supported through pregnancy.
Stronger in their bodies.
Inspired by the people around them.
Connected to a community that genuinely cares.
Because it’s fun.

Watching you all walk through our doors day after day, especially during winter, makes us incredibly proud.

To every member who has rolled out of bed, braved the cold and shown up for themselves lately thank you. You are the heart of this studio.

Control over chaos💙

This is your reminder that movement doesn’t need to feel frantic to be effective.
Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is slow down, breathe and actually connect to your body again.

At Inflow, we focus on intentional movement. Precision. Control. Strength that feels good in your body, not workouts that leave you burnt out and overwhelmed.

And honestly? That’s exactly why our 21 Day Reset works so well.

It’s not about going all in for one week and quitting by the next.

It’s about creating a routine you can actually stick to, with support, accountability, and classes designed to leave you feeling stronger, more energised and more like yourself again.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body lately, this is your sign to start.

21 days.
A supportive community.
Movement that actually works for your body.

DM us “RESET” and we’ll send you the details 💙
