These classes are truly close to our hearts. As a mum of three boys, I know all too well how challenging it can be to juggle mum life while still trying to find a little time to look after yourself.

Our Mums & Bubs Reformer Pilates classes are designed specifically for postnatal bodies, helping you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and move with confidence again — all while keeping your baby close by.
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll learn how to exercise safely after birth and enjoy movement in a welcoming, understanding environment.
