A bit more about our guest speaker, Karen 🩷
Karen McElroy is a naturopath and holistic counsellor with 28 years of clinical experience, specialising in women's health. She has dedicated her career to supporting women through every stage of the female lifecycle, from the first hormonal shifts of puberty, through the journey of pregnancy and motherhood, to the wisdom years of menopause and beyond. Karen brings together the latest clinical knowledge, decades of hands-on practice and a root-cause approach to health that goes beyond symptom management. Her approach is integrative, deeply personalised and grounded in the belief that when women truly understand and support their bodies naturally, optimal health and transformation is possible.
