Hello! I finished my 120hr meditation teacher training this week - Yay!
I have had a few questions from you about what I’m doing with it, and the answer is that right now, not much! Meditation has had a profound positive affect on my life, and I decided to do the course purely for me. So, it doesn’t change much about the way I serve you - I am still teaching movement both in person and online, but now I have an extra skill to share with you if you would like 🩵

As requested, this workshop will focus encouraging a more fluid gait. We will utilise the fantastic Arc Barrel (also known as the spine corrector or step barrel) as a prop during this workshop.
As well as core focus, you’ll get some nice spinal mobility work and exercises to encourage a more fluid gait.
Using the barrel is a lot of fun and feels great!
$35 to participate in person, this workshop can also be followed online from home if you have your own arc barrel!
