Bowral Blacks Rugby Club is proud of its commitment to providing opportunities and support to children wanting to play rugby union

Bowral Blacks Juniors is a Rugby Union Club for aged 2 - 17 girls and boys. For the 2023 season we have the following teams:
Tiny Tulips - U2’s - U5’s • U6’s - U12’s competition (boys & girls) • U13’s - U17’s Super 7’s • Girls U9’s - U12’s & U13’s - U17’s

New & old players welcome! The club has fun social events, a newly renovated Club House, great family atmosphere, Junior Gala Days and Pathways to Representative Rugby.

Friday Night 7s is back this Summer!

We are excited to announce the return of the Friday Night 7s, and we have you covered with all the information you need:

🏈 Age Groups: Boys U9s, U11s, U13s, U15s & U17s. Girls. U9s, U11s, U13s, U15s & U17s.

🏈 Each division will play 4 rounds and finals with the competition player across 3 venues:
U9s & U11s - starts 16th October, fortnightly competition played at University of Wollongong
U13s - starts 23rd October, fortnightly competition played at Ocean Park, Woonona
U15s - starts 16th October, fortnightly competition played at Ocean Park, Woonona
U17s - starts 23rd October, fortnightly competition played at Vikings Rugby Club

🏈 Games kick off at 5:30PM

🏈 Teams will play minimum of 2 games per night

🌷🏉 Tiny Tulips 2026 — What a Season! 🏉🌷

What a way to celebrate our incredible Tiny Tulips! 🖤

With over 90 registered kids across the 2026 season, our 2–5 year olds are proudly becoming the next generation of Bowral Blacks rugby players. We couldn’t be prouder of the energy, enthusiasm and smiles they’ve brought to the field all season!

A huge shout-out to our amazing coaches Gabby, Em, Grace, Phoebe and Ed for making every Friday night so much fun and creating such a fantastic environment for our little players. 👏

And to all the parents — thank you for committing to a winter of chilly Friday nights, muddy fields and getting everyone out the door!

We hope the kids loved their special celebration night — and especially their medals! 🥇
We have it on good authority that some of those medals were even slept in last night!

We can’t wait to see all our Tiny Tulips back on the field in 2027.

💛 BOWRAL BLACKS ALL ABILITIES RUGBY OPEN DAY 🖤

We’re incredibly excited to officially kick off the Bowral Blacks All Abilities Rugby Team with our first Open Day!

📅 Saturday 17th October 2026
📍 Bowral Rugby Club – Eridge Park
⏰ 11am-1pm

The day is open to anyone of any age, gender or ability — juniors and seniors are all welcome. Come down, have a go and enjoy a fun, inclusive introduction to rugby with games and drills designed for everyone.

👕 Every registered player will receive a FREE Bowral Blacks All Abilities training shirt and shorts!

The bar and BBQ will be running, so bring the whole family along and make a day of it.

🚐 Need help getting there? Transport to and from the club can be arranged — just mention it when you RSVP.

This will help us gauge numbers for drill sizes and kit orders!

Whether you’ve played rugby before or have never picked up a ball, we’d love to have you involved.

Join us for the U7’s to U12’s Presentation Night as we recognise the efforts, achievements and, most importantly, the fun our young players have had throughout the season.

🏉 Bowral Blacks Ladies Day is almost here! 🩷

Join us on Saturday 1st August as we celebrate the amazing women and ladies who support and are part of our club.

• ⁠$75 – Food + bottomless bubbles from 1:30pm until the final whistle of 1st Grade

This year, all raffle proceeds will support Pop In Moss Vale, a local organisation helping women and children affected by domestic and family violence.
