❄️🥶NSW Athletics Winter Series kicks off on the 6 June 2026 at Campbelltown Athletics Track. This event is a fantastic opportunity for athletes to stay active and compete against athletes from across NSW. ❄️🥶

Athletes can participate in one event ($25) or the entire series ($60).
Winter Track and Field #1 - 6 June 2026 - Campbelltown Sports Centre, Leumeah
U8-U10’s – 100m, 400m, Long jump and discus
U11-Masters – 100m, 400m, Long jump and javelin
Winter Track and Field #2 - 4 July 2026 - The Ridge Athletic Track, Barden Ridge
Winter Track and Field #3 - 2 August 2026 - The Crest Athletics Track, Bankstown
Athletes must be registered with a NSW Athletics affiliated club/centre and hold either a Little Athletics, Junior Athletics, Open or Concession membership for the 2025/26 season to complete.

Congratulations to Milo Shepherdson Woodhead. Milo achieved an impressive 18th in the U16 boys 800m at the Australian Athletics Junior (Under Age) Championships. Milo ran a 2:05.97 and achieved a personal best time.

What a way to finish off the 2025-26 Bowral Little Athletics season with 2 club records (both from 1991/92), a zone record and Milo qualified for nationals for both NSW and QLD athletics.

The Bowral Little Athletics season has officially concluded.
We recognise our 15 record breakers for 2025-26. With those who broke records early in the season previously recognised we now have a full list of those who broke a club record.
We had 7 athletes break records at zone and 2 athletes break regional records. Congratulations 👏

Bowral Little Athletics wish Terry Manns a speedy recovery. Terry has suddenly fallen very ill and is currently in a Melbourne Hospital. Terry is a highly valued and respected member of NSW Little Athletics. He has dedicated many years of service to both NSW Athletics/NSW Little Athletics and Campbelltown Athletics Club as President, Official, Committee Member and Board Member. We wish Terry a speedy recovery.

Congratulation - Fred Hamblin - World qualifier 🌏
Congratulations to former Bowral Little Athletics member and local lad Fred Hamblin on achieving a world qualifer in the U20 400m at the Australian Athletics (Under Age) Championships. Coming home as the 2nd Aussie in the race, he placed 3rd and achieved a world qualifer of 47.22sec. We can't wait to watch Fred on the world stage.

Congratulations Richard Jiang 👏
Richard competed at the Australian Athletics Junior (Under Age) Championships in Queensland where he achieved outstanding results.
Richard placed 5th in the U17 Triple Jump with a jump of 13.16m(w)
Richard also placed 13th in the U17 Long Jump with a jump of 5.92m. Congratulations Richard. What a season you have had this year. We are proud of your achievements - Bowral Little Athletics.
