❤️🖤 A HUGE REDBACKS THANK YOU! 🖤❤️

Yesterday, the Redbacks had the privilege of hosting finals at Morshead Park — and what an incredible day it was!

A massive thank you to the Ballarat & Mount Helen Lions Club, who generously gave their time to run the BBQ for us, with 100% of the profits coming back to Buninyong Soccer Club. Your generosity and support of our club means so much to us!

We’d also like to give a huge shout-out to the local businesses who donated food to help make the BBQ possible:

We are a completely volunteer-run club, and days like yesterday are only possible because of the incredible people who continue to get behind the Redbacks.

This is Jag — and, man, does he make our club proud.

Every single week, Jag brings dedication, effort and kindness to the pitch. He gives his best, supports his teammates and goes above and beyond — and this season, that hasn't gone unnoticed.

Jag was recognised by the coaches with the Coaches Award, by his teammates with the Players’ Player Award, and by the whole club with the Dedication and Optimism Trophy. 🏆🏆🏆

We couldn't be prouder to have you in the Redbacks family, Jag.

*The Dedication and Optimism Trophy is awarded in memory of Chris Gulli, a much-loved U13 coach who tragically passed away in a car accident while travelling to a match at just 19 years of age. The award recognises the same spirit of dedication, positivity and optimism that Chris brought to the club.

It’s a HUGE weekend for the Buninyong Redbacks!

Buninyong Redbacks will be at Morshead Park, Redan, hosting the first round of finals, with matches taking place throughout the day.

Then on SUNDAY, 6 SEPTEMBER, it’s our turn to cheer on our Seniors as they take to the pitch for their Qualifying Final against Maryborough SC!

Buninyong Soccer Club is now accepting Expressions of Interest for players in the 2027 season.
