💙❤️ WHAT A NIGHT OF RACING! ❤️💙

Friday night racing went off with a bang!

It was fantastic to see so many riders achieving personal goals and leaving the track with huge smiles and a real sense of accomplishment. Whether it was standing up for a full lap, taking those very first gates, overcoming fears, or simply giving it their all, every rider should be incredibly proud of themselves. You all did an amazing job! 👏

A huge thank you also goes to our incredible volunteers who help make our race nights possible:

⭐ Bianca for keeping registration running smoothly and greeting everyone with a friendly smile.

⭐ Tess for helping even when not there (Yay for technology). Thanks for answering all of our calls.

⭐ Shane for running the gates tonight

⭐ Koryn for staging and always lending a hand

⭐ Angela & Marcus for Mini Wheeler staging, and Marcus for keeping the atmosphere alive as our MC.

⭐ The Bax Family for all their help around the track and running the canteen.

⭐ Glen, Joanna & Samuel for all their assistance throughout the night and helping in the canteen.

⭐ Kurt for his work as President, organising canteen food runs, track preparation and ongoing grounds maintenance.

⭐ Jess for providing first aid and helping those who needed assistance throughout the evening.

Bundaberg BMX Club is more than just a track. It’s a community. A club where everyone pitches in, supports one another, and works together to create something special for our riders and families.

We are incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and can’t wait to do it all again next Friday!

🔧 WORKING BEE THIS SUNDAY 🔧

Bundaberg BMX Club will be holding a working bee this Sunday from 8:00am to 10:00am.

We’re looking for a few helping hands to assist with general track and grounds maintenance as we continue preparing for upcoming events, including the Cane Toad Classic.

Whether you can stay for the full two hours or just lend a hand for part of the morning, every bit of help is greatly appreciated.

When: Sunday
Time: 8:00am - 10:00am
Where: Bundaberg BMX Club

Please bring along:
✔️ Gloves
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Whipper snipper, rake, shovel or other garden tools if you have them

📢 CANTEEN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED THIS FRIDAY 📢

Our regular canteen volunteer will be helping in a different role this Friday, so we’re looking for a few volunteers to help run the canteen during racing. If we can’t find the volunteers we will have to close the canteen.

If you can spare some time to lend a hand, we’d greatly appreciate your support. Every little bit helps keep race nights running smoothly for our riders and families.

We had 22 riders proudly representing Bundaberg BMX Club and we’re incredibly proud of every single one of you. Whether you stood on the podium, made a final, or simply gave it your all, you represented our club with determination, sportsmanship and pride.

We have 19 Bundaberg BMX riders entered and ready to race at the Carriers Arms Hotel 2026 Maryborough BMX June Classic, with riders of all ages getting out there, challenging themselves

From our newest riders right through to our experienced racers, every single one of you represents what our club is all about:
