Itโs been a hot minute since Iโve shown up on hereโฆ and wow, what a start to the year itโs been ๐
Between the chaos of life and being told Iโve got arthritis in my right knee, things couldโve easily gone the other way. But instead of stepping backโฆ I leaned in ๐
I started jumping into cycle classes (RPM & Sprint) at our amazing gym as a way to help manage my knee and keep moving โ and honestly, itโs been one of the best things I couldโve done ๐ดโโ๏ธ
Low impact, high effort, and itโs helped me build strength without aggravating things.
And itโs flowing into my training BIG timeโฆ
Let me just casually drop this in here:
๐ Single leg leg press โ 200kg ๐ฎโ๐ฅ
๐ 1 x 15 @ 180kg
๐ 2 x 12 @ 200kg
Yeahโฆ weโre getting STRONG ๐ช
