See you in the pool this week, all sessions will be going ahead at the normal times!

Thursday morning will again be a sprint session in the indoor pool.

The squad will continue to operate as per the normal schedule, with Thursday 25 June being the final session before a one-month break.

This week's sessions will all go ahead - see you there rain, hail or shine.

Thursday mornings will now be a very special sprint session in the indoor 20m pool. The water is heated to 30 degrees and vibes will be high!

Happy Friday! Make sure you start the weekend off strong with tomorrow morning's 6:30-7:30am session!

Please note - Monday will be cancelled because of the public holiday.

50m Dive Time Trial (6 May)
On Wednesday’s session next week we will be doing a special 50m Time Trial. We'd like to put everyone's training to the test and go for a 50m PB time!

We have a few swimmers targeting the sub-30 barrier as well as people going for sub 40 and sub 50. Whatever level you are at, come along for this fun event!
