It is with great sadness we need share the passing of Mrs Margaret Birch aged 80. Mrs B passed peacefully with family, and is now with her late husband Senior Master Charles Birch. May she rest in peace.

Over the weekend Bai Rui Taekwon-Do had a presence at Sun Soo ITF Taekwon-Do’s annual camp at Magnetic Island, Townsville. Everyone had a great experience and made new friendships.

Congratulations goes to Mr James Richards who was successful in testing for 6th Dan Black Belt. Well done Sir.

There is a Breaking Seminar on this Saturday. All ranks and ages are welcome to attend. Students under 13 will be using different breaking materials.

Students are more than welcome to bring and wear shoes for breaks, so that they can do multiple foot breaks throughout the day without soreness.

Black Belts testing for Dan ranks at the end of the year are highly encouraged to attend!
