REMINDER: Strength & Conditioning training

Our Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help Phoenix players build strong foundations for netball. These sessions focus on core strength, balance, stability, and netball‑specific movement patterns that support safer, more confident performance on court.

Players will work on:
• Core activation and control
• Lower‑body strength for jumping, landing and change of direction
• Upper‑body strength for passing and contesting
• Agility, footwork and injury‑prevention fundamentals

📅 Mondays - starting 8 June
🕔 5.00–5.45pm – Ages 10–13
🕕 6.00–6.45pm – Cadets to Opens
📍 Phoenix Netball Courts, Tramway Street, Ferny Grove
💰 Cost: FREE for registered members
👟 Wear athletic gear, bring a waterbottle and a jumper

LITTLE STARS CLINIC - Come & Try (5-7 years) JULY/AUGUST
For younger players who want to Come and Try Netball we’ll be running a Three week Little Stars Clinic.
The sessions will focus on FUNdamentals (passing, footwork and positioning)

Each session is packed with exciting activities that help you:
* Improve footwork
* Catch and pass like a pro
* Lead with purpose around the court
* Play fun mini games to put your skills into action!

It’s all about learning, laughing, and loving netball!

Let’s Rise to the challenge with Phoenix!

🙋 5-7 years
📅 When: 3 weeks | July - August | Mondays
⏰ Time: 5pm - 6pm
📍 Where: Phoenix Netball Courts, Tramway Street, Ferny Grove
💲 Cost: $50 per team
🙋 Includes: 3 weeks of coaching, participants will receive a size 4 ball
