That’s why one full hour of our athletes’ 5-hour weekly training block is dedicated to HIIT, cycling, Reformer Pilates, yoga, and targeted muscle-focused sessions that build the physical foundation they need at Fitness Cartel Beenleigh.

With our athletes now ramping up to 9 hours of training per week, this off-court work has never been more important.

The jump to a competitive squad shouldn’t feel like a leap into the unknown. At the CVC Ember: Junior Academy, we specialise in cultural immersion and endless preparation. We prime our athletes (ages 11–15) to be fluent in the CVC Standard long before they ever hit the competitive court.
