I'm getting MARRIED! ❤️

I'll be celebrating with family and friends on 7 September, followed by our honeymoon until 19 September.

This isn't about a quick fix or being perfect.

It's about having a structured plan, personalised guidance and the accountability to help you stay consistent for 8 weeks.

APPLICATIONS OPEN 16 SEPTEMBER

The first step will be to complete a short intake & eligibility form so I can learn more about you, your goals and your training history and make sure the challenge is appropriate for you.

There is NO payment required when you submit your application.

Once applications have been reviewed, eligible participants will receive further information about payment and securing their place closer to the challenge intake.
