Morning all, with the current status of our great nation, and in the best interests of our clients, we will be closing the studio from 12 noon today until we are allowed to open our doors again.

In the meantime, I will be doing online sessions, live streaming mat classes using the Zoom app.
please download this app and I will keep you updated on the timetable and costs.

I am looking at the possibility of doing private reformer sessions from home.
