One thing we have learned from being surrounded by women every day is that we’re often far better at hiding our struggles than we are at talking about them.
It’s easy to look around and assume everyone else has it together. The woman who looks confident; who always has a smile on her face. The woman hitting PBs every week; who seems like she’s got life sorted.
But after years of coaching women, we have learned that what’s happening beneath the surface is often very different to what we see. That’s why we are very grateful when our queens are willing to share part of themselves, like this (we know its not easy and we do not take it lightly) ♥️
Not because they’re polished or inspirational. But because they’re honest. And honesty has a funny way of making people feel less alone.
Because somewhere out there is another woman who needed to hear these exact words. One who thought she was the only one feeling that way.
The truth is, the details of our stories might be different, but the feelings underneath them are often surprisingly similar.
We all want to feel strong. We all want to trust ourselves. We all want to feel like we’re enough. And at some point, most of us have questioned whether we’re doing a good enough job.
If there’s one thing this community has taught us, it’s that none of us are as alone in our experiences as we think we are. And that coming together gives us the power to achieve the things we are longing for 🫶🏼
