7 weeks to run in loops for as long as I can stand

Scary but calming thought to think I'm going into the unknown

Last year I was in the unknown on my own two feet running from Newcastle to Sydney 250km

I knew I had an end point

But this one , I only have a minimum to achieve

Time to kick the training into sim practice ( when I'm back from the mountains)

I'm not the biggest fish in the pond...

But least I'm in it ...

Its scary to have a dream put down on paper turn into action

Then it's even scarier to tell everyone about it

But im here to give it a shot... I would be crazy not to.

45mins to a stronger runner 🤝

For me a i see strength as simple but strategic for runners.

Each session focusing on what a runner needs vs wasted time ( when let's be honest we don't have time when the KM start racking up)

This session is for the more advanced gym goer due to the barbells but you can easily swap these out for

BB deadlift = KB suitcase deadlift
BB reverse lunge = DB reverse lunge

Save it for the week ahead 🤌
