The Tai Chi Club

The Tai Chi Club TAI CHI AND QIGONG ARE COLLECTIONS OF POWERFUL YET PEACEFUL MOVEMENTS THAT RELEASE OUR MINDS AND NOURISH OUR BODIES. We call it - "moving meditation".

The Tai Chi Club was founded in the ‘70s at a university campus in Sydney Australia by a group of young students who came together to learn the power of Tai Chi and Qigong. Today, we live in a beautifully busy time and we understand the importance of standing still, finding focus, and taking the time to relax and centre ourselves. We know that acquiring and practicing these skills is vital to main

taining a happy and healthy mind and body. For us, Tai Chi is at the heart of what we do, and it’s why we’re committed to inspire more people to understand and experience the power of this unique and worldly practice.

Animal Frolics Qigong - Bird. It was relaxing and peaceful by the Lake as the sun was setting and so special with a black Swan observing the movements of its feathered kind.

Thanks to ABC Catalyst and Dr Preeya for including Tai Chi in this lifestyle medicine e episode.

We are so thrilled to have an ex student from our University Tai Chi club back in the 70s contact us after seeing the show. It is always good to re-connect and renew friendships.
