🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Jordan & Sarah Aldridge 💪🔥

Jordan and Sarah reached out to me back in March wanting help to lose weight, get fitter, and build strength - without stepping foot in a gym.

So, I created customised at-home weight training programs for them through my app 🏡. After chatting about the equipment they had, I also recommended a few additions to help maximise their results.

On top of that, I put together personalised meal plans for both of them 🍽️ - not something they had to follow perfectly every day, but a flexible guide. They now understand what foods to aim for, their calorie and macro targets, and how to make it all work around their busy life with four kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.

Their commitment has been next level 🙌
With accountability through my app and Messenger, they’ve been absolutely smashing their goals - no missed workouts, no missed meal logs. Just consistency and effort.

They’ve just started their second 8-week training block, and with my studio now open, they’ve taken things even further by training with me once a week 🚀
