🐓🏉 **2027 COACHES & MANAGERS WANTED** 🏉🐓

The Burdekin Roosters are now calling for expressions of interest for coaching and manager roles for the 2027 season! 🔴⚪🔵

We're looking for people to step up across our:

🏉 A Grade
🏉 Women's
🏉 Reserve Grade
🏉 U19's

Whether you want to lead a team from the sideline or keep things running behind the scenes, these roles help shape our players and our season, on and off the field. 📋👥

Our vision is to be the club everyone wants to play for, and that starts with the people who coach and manage our teams. We're built on Respect, Commitment, Club First, Accountability and Community. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! 💪

Not the ending we were hoping for, with our Intersport Ayr AU U19 going down to Brothers in Sunday’s Grand Final.

But what a season from this group of young men.

To make it all the way to the Grand Final is something to be incredibly proud of and these boys have represented the Burdekin Roosters with plenty of heart all season.

A huge thank you to our coaching and support staff for the countless hours you’ve put into this team and to the families, supporters and Burdekin Roosters Old Boys & Supporters who have been behind them every step of the way. We cannot believe the support shown on Sunday for this team, it was a sea of blue and red in the crowd which truly means everything to our Rooster family.

Finally to our U19 boys, hold your heads high. A Grand Final loss hurts, but it doesn’t take away from what you achieved together in 2026.

We are so proud of you all ❤️🤍💙
