Aaaalllllright Fam i have to do a bit of housekeeping. This morning someone spat on the gym floor which blows my fu***ng mind as 80% of today’s workout is spent OUTSIDE.
This tells me you have minimal respect for the gym space, me, or the people training with you and around you. I hope i’m wrong. imagine doing a burpee on someone else’s snot….

i shouldn’t have to say this but can we not spit on the gym floor?

While i’m at it, if you want to dispose of your gum if you absolutely must chew it at the gym, please put it in a tissue and put it in the BIN. Not on the floor, not on a box, not on the side but IN the bin.
