Whether you’ve been practising for years or have never stepped onto a yoga mat before, this workshop is an introduction to moving, breathing and connecting with your body during pregnancy.

You’ll learn how to adapt your practice to your changing body, explore safe and accessible modifications, and discover ways yoga can support you through common pregnancy discomforts, help you slow down and prepare your body for birth.

And the best part? You don’t need to commit to a separate “mum-only” schedule afterwards. Once you’ve joined the workshop, you can visit our Basic Classes in the regular timetable - so yoga can keep fitting into your everyday life. 🤍
