This week's featured case highlights a 76-year-old patient was referred to our hospital after abnormal findings on an outpatient abdominal CT performed for a 6.2 kg weight loss over 17 months. He was clinically asymptomatic with unremarkable laboratory tests and no relevant medical history. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) was requested for further evaluation of the biliary tree.
