Thats a wrap on the International Inflatable Super Series!

We gave it our all over the 5 days of racing with some very tough competition in the Pro Stock class. We started the week with 6 heats of Surf Circuit action where we finished in 5th place. We learned a lot as the Surf racing progressed,things like how it feels to swim with a helmet on again and our co pilot learned how to right a boat after it flipped for the first time..

Once we got that out of our system we moved on to the 105km Longhaul.This started out as pure chaos in to the North wind with 40 boats floating mid air for the first 10 minutes before things got better.. The conditions were “rideable” and there was some tired bodies! We tried to stay consistent and managed to sneak in a 3rd Place in our class and 4th Overall for the day.

The Circuit racing did not dissapoint and we had perfect conditions with clear skies and water. The racing was just as close throughout the 2 days and we managed to secure and Overall 1st place in our class in the Circuit racing. This was very important as it helped secure a Third place finish over the whole series.
