Posting the struggles!

Most people just want to post the nice parts of the workouts, the parts where everything is easy and it makes you look good, but actually you need to post the parts where you *s*u*c*k donkey ass to inspire someone next to do this! It’s not always smooth sailing, it’s hard, even for those who have been doing it for some time, we fail lifts, we tangle in ropes, hit ourselves multiple times with the rope, fall on the rig, tumble with handstand walks et.

Let this be your sign of hope! We all have struggles, and we all fail, but we get up and try again…. That’s what makes you a champ!!
