Since 2015 our SA Water Fitness Association (SAWFA) accredited instructor, Theresa Gray has been presenting the most enjoyable water fitness classes and inspired many ladies and a few men to improve their physical well being with full body training in her indoor heated pool.
Various classes during the week for all levels of fitness, young and old, male and female are presented an a heated indoor pool.
The benefits of water fitness are countless! Low impact, improves physical and mental health, boost confidence, increase calorie burn, the natural resistance of water increases strength while keeping you cool and comfortable., and it's a FUN way to exercise!!!
