Shinpan and Shiai league Part 1 took place yesterday . A small but enthusiastic group attended the session and hopfully learnt alot from it! We do it again next month! 💪

Also, our Iaidoka ans Jodoka were doing their training too!

Nothing beats asa keiko at the RKC Dojo on a Saturday morning! 🐉🔥💪
