Tips to fix your padel smash from Padel Lab!

1️⃣ Don’t rush!
Let the ball drop into your strike zone. Rushing the smash usually means losing control.
2️⃣ Use your legs not just your arm.
Bend, push up and swing! Power starts from your legs not the shoulder.
3️⃣ Get under the ball and aim!
Turning sideways, getting under the ball and pointing at it with your free arm will go a long way to help your positioning.
