Mantra:
."Mantra"; a one singular creatively produced form of a verbal Word that has come to be creatively produced by joining, now, when the very creatively produced form of the verbal Word of, "Yoga", has come to mean, "To Join", this very existing notion could also, then, be easily seen as being a practice of, "Yoga", the very creatively produced Sanskrit verbal Word of, "Manas", of which, also come to mean, "Mind", with the very creatively produced Sanskrit verbal word of, "Tra", of which, has also come to mean, "Tool", together, where it would also, then, be fusing them together, as in combining them, both, together, for, both, of them to be able to creatively produce this one singular creatively produced form of a verbal Word that could also, then, come to be perceived to mean, "Tool of the Mind", due to the very manner of way that a creatively produced form of a physical, or External World has come to inspire for the Mind to perceive it as such. But, if, however, if it were to come to reflect upon the very manner of way that it has come to be creatively produced, where if it were to direct this towards the very existing notion of duality, where there is, again, a, "Me", as the, "Manas", and a, "You", as the, "Tra", it would only be easily to notice that the very creatively produced form of the Sanskrit verbal Word of, "Manas", has come to exist first, as it has come to be said first, before, the very creatively produced Sanskrit verbal Word of, "Tra", has even come to be mentioned within regards to it's very own creatively produced form. And, so, if it were to, let's say, direct this very existing notion towards the Ocean, with the Ocean also, then, of course, being the Mind, and a drop from this Ocean, with this very drop also, then, coming to be the Tool, where there is still, again, a existing notion of duality between these 2, it would only be easily to acknowledge that when the Ocean has come to exist, before, the very Tool, as the drop, even came to exist, this has only come to inspire for the Mind to also, then, be the Major piece of what is still able to be creatively produced by, "Joining", again, with this also, of course, being a, "Yoga", the drop, as the Tool, with the very Mind that has, again, come to exist as the Major piece of what is still able to be creatively produced. And, that if by, "Joining", with this also, again, being a practice of, "Yoga", both, of these 2 pieces together, as in fusing, or even, again, by combining, both, of them together is to only creatively produce that of a one singular completed, as in fulfilled, or even accomplished, or achieved, creatively produced form as this one very one singular creatively produced form of a verbal Word of, "Mantra", it would only be easily to equally realize and recognize that it would also, then, be due to the very manner of way within which this one singular creatively produced Sanskrit verbal Word has come to be creatively produced within a completed, as in fulfilled, or accomplished, or even achieved, creatively produced form which has only come to inspire for it to mean, "The Mind's Tool". Where, again, through not only the very existing notion of duality, but also through the very manner of way it has come to be creatively produced, the Ocean, as the Mind, has come to be positioned, as in placed, within a existing notion that could also just simply be so easily perceived as being the very existing notion of hierarchy above the very creatively produced the Tool, and it's within this, that the Mind is also, then, in control of the Tool, and not the Tool over the Mind. And, that when this very Tool as a creatively produced form of a verbal Word is also just simply so easily able to be associated with any creatively produced form through the very existing notion of non-duality, or Oneness, or Union, whether it may be that from a hammer, or even a house, it would also, then, be through this very creatively produced form of a verbal Word of, "Mantra", that the Mind is to always be in control of anything that's able to be creatively produced, and not what is able to be creatively produced to be in control of the Mind, and this, even within regards to any creatively produced form of a verbal Word that has been creatively produced to be able to be said as well..

.."Humble Food", as in, "Peasant Food", if it were to remove, as in release, or free, all the luxuries which have come to be attached to the very creatively produced form which has come to be so easily perceived to be that of Wealth due to the very manner of way within which that has come to be creatively produced as a creatively produced physical, or External form has come to inspire the Mind to perceive it to be. Where if it weren't so, it would only be easily to acknowledge that what has come to be creatively produced as food would just simply come to be seen as, "Food", and nothing else, and this, again, regardless of how it might have come to be creatively produced for it to be eaten, as in consumed, of even embraced as, "Food". Where within this, it would just simply come to be neither, "Peasant Food", or, "Wealthy Food", but just simply come to be, "Food", to be able to be eaten, as in consumed, or embraced, for it to be able to nourish the Body, Mind, and Spirit by what itself, as that of a creatively produced form, has come to contain, as in possess, within itself, as a creatively produced form. Where, again, if, let's say, the box came to contain, as in possess, that of suffering, it would only be easily to acknowledge that just as a individual would be able to embrace, as in consume, or even eat, that which is True Love by eating, as in consuming, or embracing, that which has come to contain, as in possess, that which is True Love within it, so, too, is a individual also able to come to embrace, as in consume, or eat, the very notion of suffering that has also come to be creatively produced as, "Food", as well. Of which, would only, of course, only be clearly indicating that the only difference lays not within the appearance of what has come to be creatively produced, but it rather exist within that which has come to be creatively produced as, "Food". When, again, 2 boxes are able to look equally one and the same just as 2 individuals are also able to look equally one and the same by them, both, coming to be, "Human", but it is, again, what has come to exist within them that it wouldn't be able to notice the very difference between these 2 individuals. And, that when the very notion of suffering has come to be the Mind that has come to distance itself, as a creatively produced form of a mental Being, thus, the Ego, from that which isn't only True Love, but that which is also God, hence, and this is why it has come to suffer, and this is why it's also able to be seen as being that of someone evil by constantly and continuously distancing itself, as the Ego, from God, where within this, it has also come to be more attached to that which has come to be creatively produced as a physical, or External form by continuously moving within this very direction of detachment. And, when the other has also, then, come to be the Mind that has come to not only be reconnected with that which is True Love, as in God, but that which has also come to be attached to God by reconnecting itself, as the Ego, with God that isn't only a part of the Spirit, but also with the Spirit that is also a part of True Love, as God, where within this, it, too, has also, then, come to be that of True Love just as water would always come to be water no matter how many times it's separated from each other, and when, again, one is just simply unable to separate the infinite. But, has also come to be guided, as in lead, by that which is True Love, where it, again, has come to surrender it's very control unto that which has come to guide, as in lead it, where, again, it has come to surrender itself, as the Ego, unto that which is True Love, as God. It would only be easily to acknowledge that the only True difference between these 2 boxes would come to be these very 2 different Minds which have come to exist within them. When, again, if they were, both, equally one and the same, there, again, would be no difference between them, and all would either just come to be that of either suffering, or that which is Health, as in Life. Of which, would also, then, of course, only be clearly indicating that the only manner of way within which there is to be no difference between them, or even anyone else, would not only be to have, as in possess, or even contain, the very same creatively produced form of the Body, as the Human Body, but it would also be to have, as in possess, or contain, the very same Mind that has also come to be guided, as in lead, by the very one and the same Heart which is the very House of Consciousness, as not has that which is True Love, but that which is also God as well. Where within this, it would be to have the very one and same Body, Mind, and Heart, and that if it were to embrace, as in consume, or eat, that which is True Love by sharing the very True Love that has come to exist within that which has come to be creatively produced for it to be able to be consumed, as in eaten, or embraced. It would only be easily to acknowledge that this very notion of sharing would only come to inspire for a creatively produced form of a physical, or External World of True Love to be creatively produced by what we've come to share between us. Of which, would also, then, not only be clearly indicating that if we have come to exist within a creatively produced form of a physical, or External World of suffering, this has, again, come to be creatively produced by what we have come to share between us, and that if we have come to be creatively produced as the creatively produced form of, "Food", then what a waste it would be to not share that which has come to exist within us. And, so, thus, we were meant to share that which has come to exist within us to be able to nourish others, and not to have them suffer by what we've come to exist with within ourselves. And, it's through this very notion that it would not only be easily able to notice the importance that a individual is to be healthy, but it would also be easily able to notice the importance of the Mind being connected, as in attached, to God, as True Love, too. When, again, the Mind that has come to distance itself from God wouldn't only come to share that which is suffering, but it would also come to be a part of the very suffering that has come to be creatively produced within that of a creatively produced physical, or External form by being one of those that assisted, as in helped, within it's very creation..

And, so, let, "Humble Food", as in, "Peasant Food", be a clear reminder that we should remain attached, as in connected, to that which is within, instead of distancing ourselves from that which is within by running after all the wants, desires, and even likes from a creatively produced form of a physical, or External World..

Yoga: A Method

"Yoga", now, when this very word has originated from the very Sanskrit word of, "Yug", of which, means, "To Join", or, "To Connect", or within regards to that which is to notice the Body, Mind, and the Spirit that is a part of God, and God as a part of the Spirit coming to be One, as in United, through a existing notion of non-duality, or Oneness, or even Union, "To Reconnect". It would only be easily to acknowledge that this has come to be that of a creatively produced form of a mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, method for a individual to be able to do so, of which, of course, is also easily able to be noticed if it were to, let's say, direct this towards the creatively produced form of a process, as that of a practice, which has come to notice a individual joining, as in connecting, 3 pieces of string together. Where within themselves, as individual's, doing so, it would only be easily able to notice that a creatively produced form of a mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, method has come to be applied for themselves, as individual's, to be able to join, as in connect, each one of these 3 pieces of string together. Where within this, and if a individual is able to creatively use what could also come to be easily perceived to be a different creatively produced form of a mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, method due to the very existing notion of duality, or divide, or separation, for them to be able to connect, as in join, each one of these 3 pieces of string together with each one of them being joined, as in connected, by them coming to be joined, as in connected, by the individual using what could, again, come to be easily perceived to be a different creatively produced form of a mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, method to be able to do so. Then, so, then, too, is a individual also, then, able to use what could, again, come to be easily perceived as being that of different creatively produced forms of mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, methods to be able to do so within regards to the very creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, of joining, as in connecting, the Body with the Mind, and with the Mind with the Spirit that is a part of God, and with God as a part of the Spirit as well. Which would also, then, of course, only be clearly indicating that, even though, the creatively produced form of the mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, method is able to change, as in transform, between each connection, as in join, the very creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, would always come to be one and the same when it's through this very one singular creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, that each one of these creatively produced forms of mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, methods have come to be used to fulfill this one singular creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, of joining, as in connecting, each one of these 3 pieces of string together for them to be able to come to be United, as in being One, through this one singular practice which has come to be performed by the very individual that has come to perform this very creatively produced form of a practice, as in a process, of joining, as in connecting, each one of these 3 pieces of string together. Now, this is exactly where, as a creatively produced form of a point, or destination, that it could also be easily perceived that when, "Religion", as that of a creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, has come to be given, as in provided, with that of a creatively produced form of a mental Identity which the Mind is able to associate itself, as that of a creatively produced form of a mental being, by it coming to be attached to it, that it just simply could easily be said that a individual has to belong to this very certain and specific, "Religion", for this very creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, to be able to be fulfilled by joining, as in connecting, each of these 3 pieces of string together for them to, again, be come One, as in United, by this very creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, coming to be fulfilled. But, if, however, if it were to remove, as in release, or even free, what could also, then, be easily perceived to be that of each different creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, as a, "Religion", from the creatively produced form of a mental Identity which it has come to be given, as in provided, it would only be easily to notice that the very creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, as the, "Religion", has always come to be One and the Same when this very creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, has always come to be used to join, as in connect, the Body with the Mind, and with the Mind with the Spirit that is a part of God, and with God as a part of the Spirit. And, when this very creatively produced form of a practice, as that of a process, has always come to be One and the same, it would only be easily to equally realize and recognize that this is also, then, a creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, from that of the Spirit that is a part of God, and from God as a part of the Spirit, and not from the creatively produced form of the mental Mind, and physical Body which is not only constantly and continuously changing, or transforming, but that which is also always temporary due to this very existing notion of constantly and continuously coming to change, as in transform, it's current creatively produced mental, and physical form. A notion, of which, is also, of course, again, easily able to be noticed by the very manner of way within which what could, again, be easily perceived to be that of different creatively produced forms of mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, methods coming to be used to be able to join, as in connect, each of these 3 pieces of string together, and with this one singular creatively produced form of a practice, as a process, always, again, coming to be One and the same. But, if, however, each one of these creatively produced mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, methods have all come to inspire for each one of these 3 pieces of string to be joined, as in connected, it would, again, only be easily to acknowledge that if it were to, again, come to remove, as in release, as in free, the creatively produced form of the mental, as in Internal, and physical, as in External, method from the very creatively produced form of a mental identity that it has come to be given, as in provided, it, too, would only, again, be easily to notice that each and every creatively produced form of a method that is able to inspire for this very existing notion of Oneness, as in Union, to occur between the Body, Mind, and the Spirit that is a part of God, and God that is also, again, a part of the Spirit, is also, then, from that of the Spirit which is a part of God, and from God that is also a part of the Spirit, and not from that of the Body, and Mind..

..being that of a creatively produced form of a Society which has come to be attached to this physical, or External World, where the Mind has come to be so fixed on only seeing the outside of a box, it would only be easily to acknowledge that that this very notion has only come to distance that which has come to be creatively produced as a Society from what is able to be discovered within the physical, or External form which they've come to be so attached to only seeing. And, that when it's that of True Love which is able to be discovered within what is able to be seen, it would only be easily to acknowledge that it's by a creatively produced form of a Society coming to distance themselves from what is within that has only come to inspire for them to throw trash all over this place, "trash", where the very consequence would always come to be that of suffering instead of that which is able to give us Life here, there, and even beyond this. When if it were to even come to consume poison, the only notion that a individual would come to endure as a consequence of this would, again, be suffering, a suffering that has come to occur due to the very trash which we've come to think, say, do, and even where we may come to go. When, again, mess would only lead, as in guide, to mess just as that which is healthy would only come to lead, as in guide, to that which I'd healthy. And, if it this the Spirit that is a part of God and God as a part of the Spirit which is to be healthy, it would only be easily to acknowledge that it, too, would also, then, be the Mind that has come to distance itself, as a creatively produced form of a mental being, thus, the Ego, that has only come to inspire for a mess to be creatively produced by what it, as the Ego, has done..

And, so, if it were to see a World that is being polluted by thoughts, words, actions, and even steps into a certain and specific direction, it would only, again, be easily to acknowledge that this has, again, originated from the very Ego which has distanced itself from God as a part of the Spirit, and from the Spirit which is also a part of God, and that the very consequence of this notion would, again, be that of suffering instead of being that which is healthy. Of which, would only be clearly indicating that for the healthy to be able to occur as a consequence of what a individual may come to think, say, do, or even where they may come to go, it, too, would also, then, be to think, say, do, and take steps of True Love for this very consequence to be able to occur..

The Session:
When the word of, "Yoga", in Sanskrit means, "To Join", and when the word of, "Religion", in Latin means, "Reconnection". These are practices, "To Join", us, or to, "Reconnect", us with the Divine..

Raja - Yoga
A deep reflection upon the Self that is even able to be discovered within Sacred texts, and Scriptures..

Dyana - Yoga
A practice of deep focus..

Jnana - Yoga
Within is a Source of Knowledge, and so it's discovering what it has to share about not only the individual, but also about the Whole..

Bhakti - Yoga
A practice of deep devotion and Selfless persistent service..

Karma - Yoga
"Cause and Effect"; a deep reflection upon not only the consequences of a individual's thoughts, word's, actions, and steps, but also upon the very Source of these thoughts, word's, actions, and steps of direction..

- Adults only, No Children are permitted due to the regulatory laws within regards to the use of Cannabis..
- Sessions will only be postponed due to the rain, or severe wind, or due to any other unfortunate circumstance that might occur..

The Confidentiality of a Session:
In Respect towards the very context which acknowledges that this is a Sacred time, and not a time to be advertised..

- All cellphones will be kindly be requested to be put onto, “Silent”, for the duration of the Session
- No Videos, or Pictures will be permitted to be taken before, during, and even after each Session
- People are, however, able to openly discuss anything about the Session, whether it may be before, during, or even after each Session that they've come to attend. But, no sound, or video recordings, as with any pictures will be permitted to be captured in any form..

The Topic:
The Topic will, or even shall always come to be associated with the discovery of the Truth, but in alignment with this every day there will, or shall a New Topic that is to be explored within every Session. So, again, what’s to be explored today won’t be explored tomorrow, and that which is to be explored tomorrow won’t, again, be explored the following day..

Session Service as per each Session of 90 minutes:
Welcoming - 10 minutes
Unwinding, Relaxing, and Group Meditation - 15 minutes
Teaching - 30 minutes
Conversation (Questions & Answers) - 20 minutes
Self Meditation - 10 minutes
Farewell - 5 minutes

Attendees as also welcome to stay longer if need be. To be able to discuss more, or to even spend more time meditating, where more will also be freely provided, or given if it's needed, or required if it were to forward a little something extra as a contribution towards the Meditation Ashram of, Home, for anything which might also be needed, or required by the Meditation Ashram of, Home..

Religion:
When the only way to the Divine Source within is through Truth, Truth is also, then, the only Religion..

- All Religions welcome, and this, even if it's to deeply believe in the Most Absolute Truth
- There is no calling, or statement that states that a individual needs, or even requires to separate themselves from their current Religious Belief that they may currently be a part of..

Contribution Fee:
All proceeds from every Session will be used as a Contribution towards the improvement, and maintenance of the Meditation Ashram, as with towards anything else that might be needed, or required..

- Where currently, it will be used for the improvement of the bathroom of the Ashram, of which, would include the readjustment and fixture of some of the pipes, and the fixture of the bathroom floor. As with, towards the minor, but much need, or required fixtures within regards to the electrical system of the Meditation Ashram as well..

So, the requesting Contribution Fee is, R30 - 00 / Thirty Rand Only, per person per Session.

- And, is able to be provided, or given via Cash, where the exact amount would also, then, be requested..
- Or, by a immediate Banking transfer that is also able to be done via any mobile banking app, and this, especially, within regards to Capitec. Where if it were to be with Capitec, it would be easily able to contribute via Capitec's, "Snap & Pay", banking application..

Food Contributions:
- Food Vouchers to the amount of, R50 - 00 / Fifty Rand, from either Checkers, or Pick n Pay will, now, also be accepted as a Contribution towards the Meditation Ashram of, Home, for individual’s to be able to attend a Session. When if Money need not be used for food, it’s able to be used for the fixtures and improvement of the Meditation Ashram

Bookings:
Due to each Session being limited to 8 people per Session, it would be advisable to secure a place by making a booking..

- No Booking Charge, contribute upon arrival, but before the Session begins..
- Bookings are to be made 1hour 30mins before, or ahead of each Session..
- No Drop In's, and all those that do will be kindly informed as to when they will be able to attend a Session, whether it may be for a daily Session, or for a, "Pop - In", Session..
