Boitumelo “Queen” Rabale is a reminder that dreams have no borders.
A talented midfielder who took her journey from Lesotho to the USA college football system, before returning to Africa’s biggest stage with Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.

Through dedication, hard work and belief, she became a CAF Women’s Champions League winner and one of the most respected midfielders in African women’s football. 💛💙

Her story is more than football.

Some football journeys are not only measured in trophies, clean sheets, or saves…
They are measured in courage.

For Andile Dlamini, the road was never always easy. At one stage, a diagnosis threatened to change everything. A moment that could have stopped a career. A moment that could have taken away the dream.

But Andile chose to fight.
She returned stronger, continued to represent Banyana Banyana, lifted major trophies, and became an inspiration to many young goalkeepers who dream of reaching the highest level.

From difficult moments to historic achievements — her story is a reminder that resilience is also a talent. 🧤🏆

The Hollywoodbets Super League has been divided into two streams:

The battle featuring some of the country’s established names.

🥈 TS Galaxy Queens — pushing hard
⭐ University of Pretoria, Copperbelt Ladies, UWC, Richmond United, Diepkloof Ladies and Stellenbosch fighting for position.

A stream creating opportunities for clubs looking to establish themselves at the highest level.

South Africa’s Banyana Banyana star Thembi Kgatlana continues to make her mark in Mexico.
Thembi found the back of the net as Tigres UANL Women defeated Pachuca Women 2–0 in the Liga MX Femenil.

From Africa to the world stage, Thembi keeps proving why she is one of South Africa’s greatest football exports. 🇿🇦🔥

South Africa didn't just participate in the first-ever CAF Women's Champions League — we won it. 🇿🇦

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies became Africa's first women's club champions in 2021, beating Ghana's Hasaacas Ladies 2–0 in the final.

Even more impressive?

Sundowns went through the entire tournament WITHOUT CONCEDING A SINGLE GOAL. 😮

And with the Sundowns men's team having won Africa in 2016, Masandawana became the first African club to have both its men's and women's teams crowned continental champions.

Now, five years later, Sundowns Ladies are heading back to Africa again. 🏆🌍

Can they add another chapter to the history books?

SHE LEFT BOTSWANA. THINGS WENT WRONG. SHE CAME HOME. THEN SHE CONQUERED AFRICA. 🇧🇼❤️⚽

Refilwe “Seven” Tholakele's journey hasn't always looked like the one we saw yesterday.

In 2022, she left Botswana for an opportunity in Equatorial Guinea. It didn't work out as hoped, and she eventually returned home.

Then Mamelodi Sundowns came calling.

She scored on her Sundowns debut.

Months later, she finished as the top scorer in the CAF Women's Champions League as Sundowns became African champions.

Then came another obstacle — a long-term injury that kept her out for much of 2024.

She had to fight her way back.

And yesterday, the journey brought her home to Botswana.

A continental qualification final.
Sundowns vs ZESCO.
In her own country.

Tholakele scored BOTH Sundowns goals.

Sundowns won 2–1 and qualified for the CAF Women's Champions League.

And “Seven” finished the tournament with exactly that:

7 GOALS. GOLDEN BOOT. 🥇

Sometimes football has a beautiful way of bringing a story full circle.

From leaving home looking for an opportunity…

to returning home and becoming the woman who sent her club back to Africa.
