Not every special sighting has to be big. Sometimes it’s the small, beautiful details that make a dive unforgettable!

This weekend we spotted a mermaid’s purse.
These small leathery cases protect developing young before they hatch, and finding one is always a reminder of how much hidden life is happening beneath the surface. Tiny details that tell a bigger ocean story.
