The real challenge!

At the end of the Health Reset Challenge, weight loss is only one part of the journey.

True success is months later, when you're still:

- Exercising regularly
- Making better nutritional choices
- Understanding why those choices matter
- Practicing the healthier habits you've developed

Because Health Reset isn't about finding a diet that works for eight weeks.

Our Re-setters took up this week's challenge. Most of them felt very unsure, unsafe and didn't like the uncertainty of not being in control of where they were going. They all had a new perspective of what visually impaired people deal with on a daily basis. They felt very fortunate to have sight & freedom to do things and go places without depending on others.

Another of our members who have logged 250kms. You're just getting started Tshili 😊. Well done!!

Important message from Run/Walk For Life CEO, Matthew Grossett.

Recent events in Kempton Park (and at the MyRun in Sandton) should force South Africa’s running and walking community to have a serious conversation about what “safety” actually means.

Our thoughts are first and foremost with the families and communities affected.

But these events also raise an uncomfortable question that those of us involved in organised exercise cannot afford to ignore:

When we tell runners and walkers that they are “safer in a group”, what are we actually doing to make that group safer?
