At the end of Round 10, Ashton United claimed bragging rights in the Ashton derby after defeating Young Goodhope Ashton 28–24 at Never Loose Park, despite finishing the match with only 12 players. Meanwhile, league leaders Swellendam RFC held onto first place with a hard-fought 43–35 victory over Touwpark RFC at Powell Stadium. At King Edward Stadium, Rangers Robertson, and Montagu RFC battled to an exciting 23–23 draw
