Friday Mornings
3 Route options. These runs are planned by the members of the club.

We offer 3 training days a week:
All training days start @ 05H00
Venue: Virgin Active Stone Ridge

Tuesday Mornings:
Hill repeats / Speed work

Wednesday Mornings:
3 Route options. Distances: +/-12 /10 /8 and 5km's

Weekend and Public Holiday Runs:
Generally every weekend we have Long runs. The distances of these runs will be between 15-35km's. Race Day:
Greenstone Hill participate in all major Races.

GHRC will be hosting the C25K event starting on the 01 October 2024! Registration fee will be R200 but if you join the GHRC family, the C25K will be free!
