💚 KRR WEEKLY RUNS & TIME TRIALS 💚

*Please take note: From this week, our Thursday Time Trials move back to 18:00.*

⛰️ TUESDAY – HILL REPEATS

This Tuesday we’re changing things up with a hill-repeat session—perfect for building strength, endurance and confidence!

📍 Starting from Krugersdorp Golf Course

Run the hills at your own pace and regroup between repeats. Please bring water and wear reflective gear or a headlamp.

Race the clock, use it as a steady training session or simply enjoy the kilometres with friends.
