A fusion of Yin Yoga and QiGong to create a space for deep healing and radiantly meditative flow.

Class starts with supported Yin postures, using breathwork and philosophical themes to release deep-seated tension and clear the path for presence.

Following the radical stillness of Yin, we
transition into therapeutic QiGong, utilising slow, graceful movements to circulate energy and
restore primordial vitality.

Consider this a quiet wellspring to wash away accumulated residue and return to a softly luminous state of coherence ✨
