Here are 3 Mobility exercises you can do daily to help those shoulders, hips and low back feel silky smooth💯
🔹Table lift: Great for opening up the shoulders and gets those glutes working. Do 5-10 reps and hold each for 5 sec.
🔹Hip Flexor Stretch + Reach: Opens up the hips. Do 5 Reps and hold each for 5-10 sec
🔹Passive Hang: Opens up the shoulders and decompresses the spine. Hang for 20-40 sec
