Dear Soul Tribe, Today I come to you with a heavy heart. As some of you know Elaine and I bought a farm just outside Du Rust last year.
In this time I have thought I will be able to run the Spin Studio along side me working at establishing the farm for us to live on. Boy was I wrong and I’ve realised that I cannot do both.
I have tried to acquire a buyer for the spin studio but there weren’t any takers. The jooz bar was sold though. The new owners have a different direction for the business and the premisses leaving us soul tribe homeless.
The last 2 and a half years has gone pass so quick and the fact that we stayed open month after month is all thanks to you... our SOUL TRIBE
I am so thankful to each and everyone of you that made this work and believed in us.

We cater for the seasoned spinner or cyclist but if you have never been on a bike we cater for you too. Our instructors are trained to work with a wide range of fitness levels so you don't have to be a fitness fanatic... Come join us and feel for yourself.

Why us? Because we are small enough to see each person as a individual and not a number through the turn-style, from beginner to the pro cycles we cater for all. This is for everyone that want to loose weight or simply just get fit or looking for a new challenge, or you want to up your game on the road or mountains let us help you get your cardio, endurance and strength to a level where you can keep up with the bundle or you never know stand on the podium.
You need a sweat towel and water bottle. Our bikes have SPD clip in pedals but normal tekkies will do just fine too.

With the Winter on our doorstep we made our classes a bit more Winter friendly... check out our updated class time-slots.
From beginner to pro we cater for everyone. remember a water bottle and a sweat towel. Normal tekkies will do but we cater for SPD clip in shoes as well.
