🤸‍♀️Tjoms in Arms 2026🤸‍♀️

What a blessing to be one of the sponsors of TIA 2026, hosted by Friends and Allies.

We love everything that Tjoms in Arms stands for; community, connection, climbing and cool-as-anything costumes.

Because, you know, things don’t always have to be so serious all the time. You gotta make room to play a little, to just go out and enjoy your life a bit!

Looking forward to many more fun times with this team in 2027!

Rocklands Retreat: 12 - 14 June 2026🌼

So much more than just climbing…
We’re taking the time to connect with ourselves and with each other. We’re slowing our pace, giving some space, noticing all the shades of green that surround us.

To retreat is to go deep, to find what really matters, and take that back into the world.

See you in June 🙏

Hatha yoga, Highveld edition...

While Becks was in Rocklands, teaching and facilitating for , Mish was across the country, teaching and facilitating for the Mayhem Mountain Fest!

Endlessly grateful for our community, and the opportunity to share these wild places with likeminded human beings.

Shanti Om 🙏

More than just a climbing day!

19 April 2026
📍 Echo Valley, Kalk bay 🇿🇦 Cape Town

We're collaborating with Elsa Selva from Stellenbosch University.

Her research is exploring the power of movement in the mountains that we’ve been facilitating!

Many of us have experienced what she is researching about movement in wild places - that it does something real to people. Something that reconnects us to our aliveness. You know that feeling - after a climbing weekend, after a yoga session - that clarity, that lightness.

This day is for people who want to understand what’s happening in these moments - and learn how to use it as a compass.

It’s really inspiring to see Elsa really get into the science of our work here at Breathe IN. Part of the Breathe IN ethos is using our business to promote people in our community that believe in the same things we do, and this collaboration is exactly that.
