Whenever we have some extra free time after a lesson, we love spending time with the kids.

It's with a happy heart that we welcome Stella back in the pool after taking some person time.
Stella does baby classes, squads (training for competitions) and also offers rehab classes for anyone recovering from injuries or just need to get some extra exercise for those muscles.
