Through hardship comes success... We celebrated our 80th year of existence in 2021. As a community based club, we are very proud of our heritage. We have been promoted to Super B League in 2024 and have three senior teams and one u/20 team. As management, we realize that the backbone of any club is the youth and their involvement in the game after school. We are therefore committed to encourage yo
ungsters from the surrounding areas to come and join our club, where we will mold them into the new generation of up and coming stars, but more importantly, teach them the valuable life lessons that one can take from the beautiful game of rugby. Rugby appeals to a wide corporate, social and community demographic in South Africa and opportunities have increased significantly due to the past success of the Goodwood Rugby Football Club.
