Since 1988, ZDS has been providing quality dance education in Zumbrota, Minnesota.

We strive to help students become the best, most confident dancer they can be in a fun, welcoming environment. The Zumbrota Dance Studio has been dedicated to providing quality dance education since 1988. We provide a structured, yet very enjoyable curriculum which not only teaches the techniques of dance but also inspires self-confidence and self-esteem while instilling the appreciation of dance as an art form in dancers both young and old.

After each regional competition our staff gets to recognize dancers with the ZDS Spirit Award. These awards go to dancers who embody what ZDS is all about - being a great teammate, showcasing outstanding sportsmanship and being an all around good human. Congratulations to this year’s winners 💟

The stage is set and we’re ready to blast off for an Out of This World recital! Our dancers have worked so hard all year and we can’t wait to see them on stage! 🚀🪐🛸

Last but certainly not least in our class of 2026 is Svea! She plans to attend the University of Minnesota - Duluth Swenson College of Science and Engineering and continue her dance career as a member of the dance team!

We can’t wait to see where her future takes her and will miss her so much at the studio! Congratulations, Svea! 💜
