Never thought I would have to spell this out to everyone again, but it's becoming a more common issue. I do NOT conduct business through Facebook messenger OR Text Messages. Unless I have the job description and details on front of me, I WILL and HAVE forgotten job requests and changes. I only accept work through email communication. If you don't hear back from me, rest assured I have read your email, just haven't had much, if any, time to respond. If you are concerned that I have at least seen your email correspondence, an easy and simple method would be to turn on read receipts for your sent emails, not 2, 3, 4 additional emails asking (just making sure you saw.......).
As stated on my current pricing sheet, ANY AND ALL logos MUST be supplied in a NATIVE VECTOR FORMAT (.ai, .eps, .svg). That means you can't take your ChatGPT logo and re-save it as a different file extension and expect it to work. I don't work with bitmaps, if that's all you have, it's going to be a HEFTY fee for me to digitize it into something somewhat useful and will add a tremendous amount of time to the process.
A new wrinkle in the game that is becoming more and more prevalent are AI generated renderings. They are a wonderful tool to convey an idea, or concept don't get me wrong. BUT they are creating unrealistic, and sometimes impossible layouts for those of us who have to take the virtual world and make fit a REAL WORLD template for the bodywork being utilized. If you are supplying an AI generated image and insist on it looking like your AI image, maybe I'm not your graphics guy.
I am eternally grateful for ALL the customers I have and am currently beyond overwhelmed with jobs. I am VERY VERY far behind in production and design work. Please bear with me, I know my turnarounds suck currently, I know I am not very responsive to emails but rest assured I am running around my fishbowl like crazy.
