Using our Smart Start Program, we achieve faster quality skill progression while minimizing the risk of injury. Try a class today!

Our Smart Start and Flips Programs ensure that our athletes have the strongest base possible on all of the apparatuses. We make sure that each and every one of our athletes is strong on the fundamentals of tumbling, bars, beams, and vault which leads to bigger and harder skills while remaining safe and in control at all times. Knowing the basics prevents injuries and lowers the amount of stress th

e body goes through, ensuring that our athletes will have long and successful careers with minimal injury. Our coaching staff not only has an incredible number of years coaching gymnastics, but we are also so well respected that we often coach other coaches. Our staff offers coach education classes to other local gyms in a range of areas from tumbling and gymnastics, to team building and stretching.

Congratulations to our Xcel Gold, Platinum, and Diamond gymnasts on an incredible season. We wrapped it up at the Region 7 Championships, competing against gymnasts from five other states, and we could not be prouder of this group.

Congratulations to our Platinum and Diamond teams on an amazing job at the PA State Championships!

Every gymnast qualified for Regionals, and in about two weeks they'll be competing against some of the best gymnasts from six states. We are so proud of their hard work, focus, and dedication. Way to go, girls! 💙🏆

Huge congratulations to our Xcel Gold gymnasts on an excellent showing at the PA State Championship! The whole team qualified for Regionals in a few weeks, where they'll go up against the best gymnasts from six states.

Heidi brought her best to Region 7 Level 7 Regionals today, going up against some of the top gymnasts from five states. She scored a 9.375 on bars and a 9.25 on beam, both season highs, and the last month of work showed. So proud of you, Heidi!
