Our parking lot resealing project will continue this week. On Monday, the green area (front & back of the building) will be done. On Friday, the red area (closest to the side of the building) will be done. This is all weather permitting. Please be aware of cones and restricted areas. Thanks for your patience!

Congratulations to Denis Cole, our Member of the Month for September! Denis is a dedicated member of our club, waking up early every morning to get his workout in! He does weights and cardio and never backs down from a challenge! He was the 1st place winner of our Sun’s Out, Guns Out Summer Fitness Challenge! Thats quite an accomplishment— way to go Denis!
