Vacation doesn’t have to mean starting over.

You don’t need perfect workouts or a perfect diet….you just need consistency.

✔️ Get some movement in each day.
✔️ Prioritize protein.
✔️ Stay hydrated.
✔️ Enjoy the treats without turning one meal into a week-long setback.

Fitness isn’t about what you do occasionally. It’s about what you do consistently. Make the memories, enjoy the vacation, and come home feeling good instead of feeling like you have to “start over.”

Recovery is just as important as training.

One of my favorite ways to recharge is spending time in a red light sauna. While research is still evolving, regular sessions may help:
