A prison cell block, a locker room and a boardroom all break in the same places.

Diamonds have cleavage planes.
They’re predictable lines where the stone splits under pressure.

Teams have them too:
- The leader and their number two
- The veterans and the new hires
- The star and everyone carrying the load around them

The uniforms are different, but the fracture lines are the same.

I used this framework in correctional facilities, where the stakes were survival.

Then I took it into athletics:
- A high school basketball program won its first state title in history
- A failing college program went from 13–23 to 22–17 and played for a conference title the next season
- A dozen of my athletes have advanced to the next level

None of those were talent problems.
They were leadership architecture problems.

That’s what I walk into with a leadership team.

I map who actually leads, who stabilizes the room when it gets hot, and where your team will break before it breaks.

Then we build it stronger.

That’s the work I’ve done with organizations like SalonCentric.

If it holds up where the stakes are survival, and where the stakes are a championship, it’ll hold up where the stakes are your bottom line.

Fair Question. Let’s talk about it

- A lot of my athletes are minors. I don’t think I would post my own kids on a public account, so I won’t post others. I think it’s the right thing to do

- Some pro athletes and organizations have mental performance in house already. Sometimes one to three mental performance coaches for an ENTIRE organization of 150+ athletes. They don’t get the individualized attention and results they need. So, they call me.

I believe every athlete deserves individualized programming, nothing cookie cutter

- I don’t post on social media frequently enough to have a large social media presence

- Those truly elite athletes that get results don’t want their competitors working with me. Best compliment and a great problem to have

Same goes for my team / organization agreements

All that said, I do need to do better at sharing anonymous case studies and results.
