Next Level Physio is hosting the 1st Annual Kick or Treat 5K, this Sunday, October 5th at the Stonybrook Swim Club of Hillsdale.

Proceeds benefit the PV High School Girls Soccer Team.

Prizes for best costume, overall winners, and age group awards.

Ironman 70.3 Western Massachusetts! 💪🏻 ⭐️

He crushed the course with a stellar completion time of 5:14, showing incredible grit and endurance every step of the way.

🚴🏼‍♂️ His bike leg was especially impressive, navigating a tough, demanding course and clocking in at 2:53—a true testament to his strength, focus, and determination.

Behind this achievement is countless hours of training, dedication, and resilience, and it was inspiring to watch all of that hard work come together in such a fantastic race.
