Opening day was definitely a tough one for the 44 car. We kept dealing with a dead pedal issue that caused the car to stall, and to top it off we blew a tire. After long nights digging into it, we finally found the problem, a broken wire causing the pedal to go dead.

Week two was a whole different story. The car ran great all night and we ended up winning the heat! We led most of the feature race until a caution came out, and after sitting the car got super tight. Thankfully we were still able to hold onto 4th place. Huge improvement from week one and we’re excited to keep building from here!

Opening day is tomorrow and I’m ready to go! Can’t wait to get the #44 back out at Wiscasset Speedway. I want to thank everyone who supports me. To my family, friends and fans, your encouragement means everything and keeps me motivated every time I hit the track.
