Trevor Sanborn Finishes Third in Pro All Stars Series Point Standings
Following a rough day at the track on Friday, Trevor Sanborn and the #44 Richard Moody Racing team worked efficiently to change out to the defunct rear-end on the car.
Following the replacement, the handling was still far off from where it needed to be. This resulted in Trevor timing around 20th in the first two practice sessions. The team continued to chase the setup all day and Trevor’s lap times were better in final practice, where he timed 8th quickest.
This gave Trevor a good baseline to work with for the 50-lap qualifier, in which he finished third.
The team elected not to go with an aggressive tire strategy for any segment on Sunday and their main goal was simply to gain as many positions as possible.
Trevor remained consistent in the first two 100-lap segments, finishing 13th in both. The team made their last big push for the final and longest 200-lap segment, which really worked in their favor. Trevor finished third in the final segment and finished seventh overall following tech.
Seeing how the weekend started, it felt like a win to come home with a top 10 finish. More importantly, Trevor maintained position in the point standings, finishing third after a hard-fought season.
Trevor would like to thank Richard Moody, his hardworking crew, amazing sponsors and family and friends for supporting him all season long.
He’s already looking forward to seeing what 2026 brings but until then, he’ll be gearing up for hunting season with his family.
